We answer every email within two working days, including the ones that turn out not to be a fit.

Ten to sixteen weeks for a full engagement. Focused sprints run two weeks. If someone promises you a full rebrand and build in three weeks, something is being skipped — usually research or testing.
The people doing the work. There is no account manager layer here — the designer drawing your screens is in your weekly call, and so is the engineer building them.
Yes, as long as we can find three or four overlapping hours a day. We have run projects with teams in New York, Singapore and São Paulo without trouble.
One decision-maker who can approve direction, roughly two hours a week of their time, and access to your users. The last one matters most and is the one people most often try to skip.
Delivery & handover
Completely. Source design files, code repository, fonts licensed in your name. Nothing is held back as leverage for a retainer.
Thirty days of support are included — bugs fixed, questions answered, no invoice. After that you can take it in-house, or keep us on a light monthly arrangement.
Often the better option. In that case we deliver a documented component library and stay available for review sessions while your team builds.
Technical
Whatever fits the problem and your team's ability to maintain it. Often that is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. We do not reach for a framework to make a brochure site feel serious.
Included, always. Contrast, keyboard paths, focus states, semantic structure and reduced-motion support are part of how we build, not a phase-two line item.
We agree a page-weight budget before design starts and hold ourselves to it. Lighthouse above 95 on mobile, measured on throttled hardware rather than a fast laptop.
