We reopen the conversation rather than quietly absorbing it or billing you a surprise. Small shifts are absorbed; anything that changes the shape of the work gets re-quoted before we touch it.
Occasionally, as part of a mix — never in full. We have done it twice in ten years and both times it worked because the relationship already existed.
Thirty percent to book the slot, then monthly on delivery. Invoices are net fourteen days.
